TCDN Initial Application / Enrollment
TCDN is an equal opportunity care provider and enrolls children from diverse backgrounds and circumstances. TCDN accepts children who receive child care subsidy by the state or other outside agencies, such as Child Care Information Services (CCIS). Spaces are filled based on licensing capacity, placement on the waiting list, and established admission criteria policy.
Preschool Program Application:
To apply for preschool enrollment, complete a Preschool Preliminary Application , and send to TCDN with a $20.00 processing fee. This will place your child on the waiting list. When a space is available you will be contacted and either a Toddler Contract & Fee Agreement or a Preschool Contract & Fee Agreement form will be sent to you. Complete this form and return with the $150.00 registration fee. When we receive this form/registration fee, it will secure a space for your child. You will then be instructed to complete all additional enrollment paperwork.
Out-of-School Time Registration:
Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is now open. The registration form is below. Registration are first come, first served. Once all spaces have been filled, a waitlist will be created for each program. Please note there are some programs that fill within days of registration opening.
For families with incoming kindergarten students, please select the Explorer session that is opposite of the WSSD kindergarten session in which your child will be placed.
If you are registering your child for PM Explorers and an After School Club program, please select the Swarthmore After School Club only. PM Explorers can not be bused to the Wallingford or Nether Providence After School Clubs.
There is a 3x per week program minimum. All after school programs are K-5th grades. TCDN will operate the following programs during the 2023-2024 school year: Before School Club, AM Explorers, PM Explorers, Nether Providence After School Club, Swarthmore After School Club, and the Wallingford After School Club.
OST 2023-2024 Tuition Agreement
All registrations are first come, first serve. A $125 per child fee is due with registration.

TCDN Enrollment
Once you have registered for either the Preschool or and Out of School Time program, you will be sent the additional required enrollment paperwork. When all required enrollment paperwork has been received, attendance in the program may begin.
