Full Time Young Toddler Teacher (1-2 year olds)
Do you enjoy teaching and interacting with young toddlers, watching them grow and learn about the world around them? If so, TCDN, a well-established childcare provider located near Springfield PA, is looking for a full-time teacher for our STAR 4 young toddler program.
- $500 Signing Bonus!
- 90% Tuition Scholarship (via TEACH) available for CDA’s, Associate’s & Bachelor’s degrees

- Education (or related human services field) degree (AS/AA or higher) preferred.

Responsibilities/Skills include:

Full Time Split Shift Group Supervisor

We are looking for a Full Time Group Supervisor for our afterschool programs located in the wonderful Wallingford-Swarthmore / Springfield area.
- $500 Signing Bonus!
- Associates Degree in ECE or Elementary Education (or related field) required
- 2 years of experience working with children
- Starting wage of $17 per hour or higher depending on experience and education
As a Group Supervisor, you would oversee a team of ECE teachers, ensure the safety of the children and the site, provide nurturing interactions with children, plan creative, engaging curriculum opportunities based on the interests of children, communicate with families, assess the ongoing needs of individual children, and maintaining a professional demeanor consistent with TCDN’s mission.
As a Group Supervisor, you would
- Oversee a team of ECE teachers
- Knowledge of DHS and Keystone STARS requirements
- Maintain DHS ratio requirements
- Ensure the safety of the children and the site
- Provide nurturing interactions with children
- Plan creative, engaging curriculum opportunities based on the interests of children

- Maintaining a professional demeanor consistent with TCDN’s mission

Substitutes Needed for All TCDN Programs
TCDN is seeking substitutes for the preschool and out-of-school time programs we operate. Hours can be full day or part day, based upon need. Our programs provide an opportunity to work with children to help them develop a love for learning in a warm, nurturing environment. Substitutes play a vital role in supporting our staff and develop rewarding relationships with children and their families.
