A Cooperative Model

Songtime400An atmosphere of cooperation is at the heart of TCDN’s operation. Families are encouraged to play an active role in their child’s day by communicating with teachers, attending conference opportunities, participating in curriculum-related activities, and by sharing talents and skills within the classrooms. Additional ways of contributing to a cooperative atmosphere include donating materials, participating in social and fundraising events, and joining Committees, Task Force groups, or the Board of Directors.

The cooperative nature of TCDN creates a spirit of willingness, open communication and caring within the organization. This spirit strengthens the commitment to the needs of families and enables parents to appreciate and be involved in their child’s day.
